從今天起阿喵每週一都會為大家介紹一首適合結婚的歌曲，好好來振作一下，Monday 不再Blue :)
The first time ever I saw your face 是民謠作曲家 Ewan MacColl，在1957年寫給他太太的情歌。
雖然是男生寫給女生的情歌但是卻被 Roberta Flack這位女歌手把這首歌唱紅了，
1969年 Roberta Flack 把這首歌收錄在唱片專輯《First Take》裡，1971年被克林伊斯威特當成《迷霧追魂》(Play Misty for Me) 主題曲(也是克林伊斯威特第一部自導自演的電影)
此歌大紅，在1972年登上排行榜寶座，並被選為年度歌曲，也贏了艾美獎。
這首歌真的很好聽，感覺得出來Ewan MacColl對太太濃厚的愛。Leona Lewis也在2008年重新凡唱這首歌曲，Roberta Flack跟Leona Lewis詮釋方法稍有不同，Roberta Flack比較內斂Leona Lewis演唱的節奏比較輕快跟年輕的感覺，不論是Robert或是Leona都把這首歌唱的超動聽!!Celine Dion 也有唱過這首歌，真的是相當熱門的一首情歌呢~~
